THE STORY

It started with a spreadsheet.

Years ago, working hands-on in cyber governance, risk and compliance, I kept hitting the same wall. The tools were heavy, expensive, and built by people who didn't actually do the job. So I started building my own, late nights and weekends, one problem at a time. It began as a simple spreadsheet framework, a way to make sense of risk, controls, and assurance without drowning in complexity.

Over the years that framework grew. It became a proper methodology, then a real application, and eventually the tool you're looking at now, with AI woven in to help GRC specialists work faster and think clearer, not to replace their judgement.

I built this the way I wished someone had built it for me. By a cyber SME, for cyber SMEs.

Why It's Free

I didn't build this to get rich. I built it because the people doing the real work (the practitioners, the small teams, the ones holding it all together) deserve good tools without a five-figure licence attached. This is my way of giving something back to a community that shaped my career.

The core will always be here for the community. If it grows into something bigger down the line, I'll make sure the people who need it most are never priced out.
