1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website and portal, operated by Biff Labs Ltd. By using the site you accept these terms. They do not form the licence for the RaptorGRC software itself.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must tell us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site: no unlawful, infringing or harmful activity; no attempts to gain unauthorised access, probe, or disrupt the service; no automated scraping beyond reasonable use; and no reverse engineering except to the extent the law permits.
4. Community Edition & licences
Community Edition is provided free of charge. Licence activation is offline. Your use of the RaptorGRC software is governed by the RaptorGRC Software Licence (also shipped inside the container image as EULA.md), not by these website terms.
5. Intellectual property
The site, its content and the RaptorGRC brand are owned by Biff Labs Ltd or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify or redistribute them.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data arising from use of the site.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
