RaptorGRC — Offline GRC

SUPPORT & SERVICES

The platform is free. The expertise behind it is available.

RaptorGRC Community Edition is free and stays free — there is no paid tier of the software, and no feature held back for one. What we sell is time and expertise: support agreements, training, and help standing the platform up in your own environment.

The software is not for sale. Our time is.

Every service below is delivered around a deployment you own and run. We never host RaptorGRC, and we never hold your data.

SUPPORT AGREEMENTS

Guaranteed response, in writing.

Community Edition is supported by the community. A support agreement replaces that with a contract: an agreed response time, a named escalation route, and someone accountable for getting back to you. It is the difference between hoping an issue gets picked up and knowing when it will.

  • Agreed response times, set against how critical the deployment is to your operation and written into the agreement.
  • A named escalation route, so an urgent issue does not queue behind everything else.
  • Priority handling of the issues you raise, including defects you find in your own environment.
  • Upgrade assistance, so version moves are planned against your change windows rather than improvised.
  • Terms you can put in front of an auditor, a regulator or a board when asked who supports the platform.

TRAINING & CERTIFICATION

Competence you can evidence.

Training covers both halves of the problem: operating RaptorGRC, and the frameworks it implements. A team that understands NCSC CAF outcomes will get more out of a CAF dashboard than one being walked through screens. Sessions are led by a practitioner, not a reseller.

Platform training

Registers, control assessment, evidence and reporting — taught against your own configuration rather than a demo dataset, so the examples are the ones your team will meet.

Framework training

NCSC CAF, NIST CSF 2.0 and DORA: what the framework actually asks for, what good evidence looks like, and how an assessor is likely to read it.

  • Certification for teams that need to evidence competence, not just attendance.
  • Delivered remotely or on site, including at sites where remote access is not an option.
  • Role-shaped sessions — risk owners, control assessors and administrators need different things.

CONFIGURATION & ONBOARDING

Stood up properly, in your environment.

RaptorGRC deploys in a single command, but a GRC platform is only as useful as the way it is set up. We help you configure it to how your organisation actually works, and hand it over as something your team runs without us.

  • Deployment review — container, database and backup approach against your infrastructure standards.
  • Frameworks and registers loaded and mapped, including importing a control set you already use.
  • Roles and permissions modelled on your real approval chains, not a generic template.
  • Reporting shaped around the board pack and the assurance return you already have to produce.
  • Migration of existing risk, control and incident records from the spreadsheets they live in today.

Where the boundary sits

The deployment is yours throughout. We do not host RaptorGRC, we do not operate it for you, and we do not hold your data. Where an engagement needs access to a running system, it happens on your terms, in your environment, under your controls — and it can be done entirely with your own staff at the keyboard if your environment does not permit third-party access at all.

Contact us for a support agreement.

Tell us what your organisation has to evidence, and to whom. We will tell you which of these actually helps.
